Our systems engineers work with clients and stakeholders to:

· Analyze mission needs and prioritize program objectives

· Develop concepts of operation, use, and maintenance to scope and establish context for program and system requirements

· Define program and system requirements and specifications, establishing traceability from mission needs to requirements to as built system design

· Develop functional analyses to model and organize system and process functions

· Conduct trade-off studies to determine cost-effective solutions for system architecture, acquisition approaches, and implementation strategies

· Tailor design review and other acquisition milestone gate checklists to ensure program objectives are satisfied

· Develop system implementation and transition plans to field, integrate, train, and coordinate operational system use

· Prepare master test plans and system qualification, integration, and acceptance procedures

· Review and assess system vendor engineering and program documentation conformance with contract requirements
